Editable Expense CategoriesThe expense categories preloaded are those for Statements of Professional and Business Activities for Revenue Canada.
Support for Multiple Value Added Tax JurisdictionsThe program supports three levels of Value Added Tax - National, State/Provincial and Local for multiple locations. Support for exempt TransactionsIn each transaction the user may elect which taxes are applicable to that transaction. Example: Prior to July 1, 2010 in Ontario, all service transactions are subject to Federal Goods and Services Tax ( G.S.T.) but are not subject to Provincial Sales Tax (P.S.T.). For a service transaction, the billing, income or expense can be input without the P.S.T., but that transaction will be tagged as taking place in a P.S.T. Jurisdiction so that accurate reporting can be done.
Support for Work Group FlaggingTransactions may be flagged by Work Group Member. So you can flag sales by who made them and later invoice based on the overall company identity. the Work Group Member selected is applied to each transaction. Product Support for OpportunitiesWhen a product is billed, if there ids an existing opportunity for that product with the selected work group member, the Opportunity is updated and fulfilled. If there is no Opportunity, one is created. Support for Group BillingAs you create Groups, you have the option of specifying a uniform billing amount for that Group. Using this, all members of a Group can be billed at once. |
